The day after I posted my specs online I got a call from Anthony to set up an appointment. My husband is in construction and was impressed at how much "homework" Anthony had done before he even came out. Our project involved quite a bit more work than just setting in a fence; the price was more than fair and included all that we wanted done. They took their time and did the job right at the price they quoted. They're honest and fair and do good work. Can't ask for much more than that.

Rick was able to give ma an estimate of the fence replacement by having me email a photo. He scheduled the job for the next day. The work was done in a professional manner as well as the additional job of installing a 20' flag pole. John Paris

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Our salesman was great (Tony), but once they received our deposit things went downhill fast. Had to call them 5 days after they picked up my permit to find out when they were planning on starting (no call from them). Didn't show up when they said they would (no call - just a no show). Did that to me 3 times... then Rick accused me of trying to avoid paying the rest of the contract when I refused to pay prior to inspection. To be clear, my problem isn't that the inspection failed. In fact, the inspection failed due to there not being bushes in front of the parts of the fence visible from the road - something they were not contracted to provide. Wellington's Code Compliance officer told me I may need bushes and said I should ask my contractor. When I spoke with Rick (who already had my permit in hand), he told me that he'd been doing business in Wellington for years and had never heard of this requirement so I shouldn't worry about it. I finally saw the permit the night before the failed inspection and it took me about 2 seconds to notice the huge stamp in the middle of my permit (literally takes up about 20% of the survey page) telling the person who pulled the permit (Rick) that bushes were required. When I asked Rick, the only answer he would give me was "it's not my problem". Again, to be clear there are two major problems here. First, no contractor should ever ask for (let alone demand) final payment before an inspection. Secondly, while the bushes are not something he was contracted to provide, he should have just been honest with me from the beginning about their requirement - especially when I specifically asked about them. Rick was extremely rude and unprofessional and tried to bully me and my wife - HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We had a great experience! When we purchased our home as a foreclosure, we found that the fence surrounding the pool was not up to code. Anthony came out the day after I called, having already contacted the town to see what needed to be done to bring the existing fence to code. He offered me a reasonable and inexpensive solution rather than trying to sell me a whole new fence as had happened with two other companies. They completed the work within a week and they took care of inspection. Wonderful to work with and very honest.

The finished job is sloppy and unprofessional looking. They did not line up the wire fencing with the top rail. It sticks up over top of the rail. There is a difference in height between the old fence and the new fence and where they connect together looks terrible. We should have had some communication from the contractor on this but there was none. My husband talked to the owner regarding all this at completion but he did not want to do anything about it. We are very disappointed. We paid too much for the quality of the job. We have pictures if you are interested. Ray M

What a great service! We had our aluminum fence repaired by this company. Rick returned our call right away and showed up to do the job the very next day. The repair was fast and professionally done to our satisfaction.
