Ron was terrific. Diagnosed the problem, quoted a price, fixed the faulty faucet and remedied a pipe that was corroded. Estimate was accurate. Helped me out with other things , as well. He will be the guy I go to for plumbing and more.

Best of all Ronnie appreciates his work 150% - ive never seen him throw attitude or talk down to you. He is willing to explain the issue in detail and do an exemplary job in all circumstances. He is a very humble human being with a "customer is always right" attitude. Hardly has any ego and is super modest. Even on the rare occasion he makes a mistake, Ronnie doesnt flinch and takes accountability. My wife and I have worked in wall street for over 15 years and meeting people like Ronnie just make you you know that there are good, talented, honest people in this city - ronnie is amongst them.
