Ross is the best, a true craftsman. He took great care with delicate hand painted wallpaper that required precision alignment. He prepared the walls thoroughly prior to applying the wallpaper. The results were outstanding.

I thought Mr. Nelson was personable and professional and caring. And I believe he is a professional and does a very good job.

Ross was friendly and he does all the work so you are dealing with him and not some other person who does the actual work. Price was reasonable.

Ross's rates for wallpaper removal and painting were very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. The work was done to our satisfaction and we would certainly call him again for a future job!

Very easy to work with. Very reasonable price. Conscientious about his work and not getting paint all over the place.

The only issue I had is that I was told that the day before my appointment I would receive a phone call to confirm that he would still be doing the work when planned. Instead, I ended up calling him the day of and was told that he couldn't make it and we had to reschedule for the next day. Once the work was done though, I was very pleased with the outcome.

We hired R Nelson decorating to take down wallpaper and paint our kitchen walls and ceiling.Ross was very professional, communicated the length of time it would take and it was exactly right. The kitchen looks great and his price was about 25% less than 2 others had quoted. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Feel I was ripped off. Nice man, incompetent professional. Still cleaning up tile and floors from paint splatters. Will have to hire someone to come fix the patch job he did or failed to do. Left areas of the room not completely painted with white showing through the gray. More wall irregularities than when he came. I assume based on poor paint utilization. Poor time management which wasted my time. Cashed my check before the paint dried. I am very disappointed that Home Advisor would list and recommend this business given the poor quality of his workmanship. I will have to rethink using this site soon again after this experience. {Added in response to his reply} He was scheduled to come back to see the mess he made of the project but at the last minute called to say he'd be 2 hours late. That was typical of our experience so we told him not to bother. Are we hard to please? Perhaps, but this gentleman is hardly a professional in my opinion.
