The experts at Robs Appliance Plus will keep you on track, to keep your appliances working perfectly. We are strict believers in customer satisfaction, not only in our work, but also in very competitive pricing. We are transparent, preferring not to sneak in extra labor after offering a low service call or false claim that the service call goes away if you hire. Please get some sort of quote via text, (in writing), before falling for those tactics. Robs Appliance Plus is more than just an appliance repair and install company. The "Plus" means we also offer, "for free" a walk around on the rest of your appliances to answer questions and offer tips and tricks. NOTE: I cannot work on stacked laundry or remove wall ovens at this time.

I do NOT recommend using Robs Appliance Plus. I hired him to repair my dryer. He would not diagnose the problem beforehand. So the repair he did was not the issue. He wanted to do another repair and I asked him to first diagnose the problem before doing another costly repair. He refused to do so and said because I wanted him to diagnose the problem on the front end I am a waste of his time. All communication with him has been really disappointing and unkind. I had to hire someone to test the control board that Rob installed and it was faulty, dusty, broken and not new like he said it was. I have video and images to prove this. Save your time and money and DO NOT use Robs Appliance Plus.

Rob was awesome!! He serviced our dryer within 24 hours and was extremely reasonable. Not only was his service five-star, he was extremely personable and friendly! We talked dryers, military, boats and travels . . . Great guy and highly recommend!!

Outstanding service- took time to let us explain what was going on and then we worked from there. Prompt, courteous, thorough and absolutely made sure we were happy. Would definitely use him again and refer him to others. Our stove is now working thanks to Rob!! Plus, I love the fact this is a veteran - owned business. If you need a job done exceptionally well- this is the company to call!

Rob was easy to work with. This repair was on an off brand appliance - Kegco kegerator, so not what he was used to , but he figured it out and got it working.

Rob was fantastic. He was able to squeeze me in same day - as he had another appointment cancel. He actually had the part that we needed for our dryer on hand. He took the time to show me what was wrong and how he'd fix it. Great, fast service. Will recommend to neighbors!

Very fast response to my inquiry for a refrigerator repair. He was able to arrive earlier than the original appointment time, which was great. Upon arrival he was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was, and repaired the refrigerator in a timely manner.
