I hired this company to install a shower to include tile the entire bathroom (not bonded and not licensed) but says he is, I have a claim pending as of now. He claims he uses contract but its only a invoice - DO NOT GIVE HIM money upfront. Will not show up days he says he will. Uses other contractors to do his work and doesn't pay them. I have 2 contractors coming by my house looking for him everyday to try and catch him to get paid. He is a scam artist. Will say they are working mon - sat and what time they will show, IF THEY show its 3 hours later than stated and work is HORRIBLE. I learned my lesson with this scam artist. Worst experience I have had with any contractor. Had to rehire a licensed / bonded contractor- just because he is on HomeAdvisor does not mean he knows what he is doing. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. Serious scam artist. He has a IPAD WITH A PROFESSIONAL LOOKING INVOICE NOT A CONTRACT.

Ruben came personally to do the quote and the final inspection for the job and was spot on, it took the workers 3 days and they were very friendly, on time, efficient and clean up after themselves. Very happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

Ruben was a pleasure to work with. He was very honest about the work required and gave a very reasonable quote. It is rare when you are actually pleased to do business with someone. If I ever need a roofer in El Paso again RO will be the first call.

I understand roof maintenance is required yearly in order to make your roof last. I called this company to get a leak fixed. After the initial inspection the hole was found and the the guy inspecting recommended to just do a full roof maintenance for $450. I agreed since I assumed this was something that had to be done. Well, after 8 months my house started to leak from the same spot they "fixed". I contacted them and they told me they only warranty the job for 6 months. So, if you are planning to pay $450 every 8 months you might want to call them (sarcastic). They said they would come to check the place again and never showed up and ignored my calls and text. I wouldn't contact them again. Not reliable and poor quality work.

Ruben did everything I ask them to do and more. His team worked very hard resealing all of the caps on my concrete tile roof while Ruben (himself) built the new cricket as he wanted to make sure it was done right the first time. Ruben and his team went that extra mile and provided one of the best customer experiences I've had since being in El Paso. Ruben and his team are just amazing and very professional. So If you need home repairs these are the people to call. They did a Super job and I will definitely use them again.

Walks individuals through entire process; from estimate to scheduling to work done and finally concludes work by asking client of questions or concerns. Labor warranty was what help us choose this company.

Project: Repair a tile roof. Outstanding customer service and excellent work. They actually did more than what was included in the estimate, but they did not charge extra. The only negative was the sub-contractor that repaired the interior ceiling. Highly recommend RO Construction.
