He was very personable, knowledgeable, polite and honest. It was a very pleasant experience without being stuffy or uncomfortable. He was also reasonably priced and very forward and honest about the cost prior to beginning any work. He updated us throughout and worked expeditiously to complete the tasks set before him. I really appreciated his kind spirit and honesty. I'd call him again if any other issues come up unrelated to these today.
