About us
Originally formed to operate as a side-business to learn the industry in an effort to move from advocacy only to direct action by building affordable housing via attached and detached ADUs by 2023, lead quickly to a team of 8+ since launching in January 2021. We take pride in being different, being special, and making memories. We highly value open and transparent conversations. We actively seek to partner with like-minded companies, especially those owned by women and people coming from historically underrepresented groups. Formed as a social purpose corporation we are a new general contractor currently living in the everything-within-reason space as we move closer to our goal of building ADUs. We adapt our offerings as experienced team members join and as clients ask us to do more. Simply put, we are a social change organization disguised as a general contractor.
