The team that came out was reliable and transparent about what they were doing the entire time. I feel like I can trust them with any of my electrical work on my home, and will absolutely be hiring them again if I need any work done.

Do not waste your time using this company. I had used them in the past and been satisfied with their work. However, I called last week about several small repairs that needed to be done around my house. I was told that they would try to fit me in. Left several messages, over several days, without a response. Very poor customer service and would not recommend.

Joe is a great guy he explains everything to you the first time I talk with him over the phone he took his time explain certain things to me before we met when he came out to do the estimate we walked around my house we talked he was very up front he and his crew did a great job he even talked me into saving some money if he thought it was a waste he didn't recommend it this crew was just awesome and I would use them again and I also would recommend him as a great person to do any type of Electro work

I was overcharged. The work was completed without an estimate. The technician provided quality work. But lacked customer service. Had I known the price prior to the work being complete. I would have continued to shop around.

Called one evening, they showed up the next day and did the job in a drizzling rain. They did quality work in poor weather on a short notice. The price was a little high but I would use them again.

After Hurricane Ida had trouble finding anyone local due to the damage in the area. Reached out on Home Advisor. Within the hour had a call from Ronin and my outlets were checked out by their electrician the same day. After being out of power for 14 days it was nice to make sure I had no issues with water damaged outlets and wiring. I can’t thank them enough.

Ronin Electric resolved a challenging trouble shooting issue. Before Ronin Electric, there were two electrical companies that had tried, failed, & just given up. Those previous electrical contractors charged us for their efforts, but they failed to solve our problem. We heard a lot of excuses & alibis, but no results. The Ronin craftsmen are definitely much more capable that the average electricians.... and they don't give up & leave when the job gets a bit challenging. These guys may be a little more expensive, but ... You get what you pay for.

Joe and Cody were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They took their time and did the job right. I would use them again.
