Me and my husband had a water heater and AC go out the day before a new tenant moved in. David from Ross HVAC made time to come out that day even knowing he could be working until 10pm. He knew we were in a pinch wanted to help and still did the job for less than we expected. With no up charge. Ross HVAC is our go to vender. We couldn't be happier with their service.

David Ross was the only one who was able to secure a part to fix our AC! We called everyone and they all said 2-6 weeks but he went out of his way to find this part and delivered it to us late in the evening. We were able to have a working AC that night! Great price too. A big thanks from our family!

David is exceptional! I first met David when I needed some holes in the vents fixed. He happily came over and gave me a free quote, which I jumped on because it was so reasonable. I have been dealing with a fussy unit for years, and David has kept it running along perfectly for a year now. He is quick to respond to anything I need and I trust his judgment and experience.
