Quick and professional

They replaced shower and the faucet in the bathroom at the end of the last year. Pin came out recently and needed to be fixed. The receipt says one year warranty. Company used their parts as ours did not match and we had to returned them to the store. We were charged w/ taxes around $500.00 for their work. Now with the warranty of one year marked on the receipt they wanted to charge us $ 270.00 to fix the pin. They set prices as they lease as to whom. The appeal is in vain because no one hears you. You are just one little unimportant person to them. Do not look at their rating. It is a big scam and trap for You. Manager Bernard and Michael Jackson are not professional and do not deserve the respect. We hired another company for $ 150.00 .

Technician said no clog. That is not the issue with the service. The tech did his job, even acceptable that no clog was noted. However, the charge for the few minutes of service on one drain is unacceptable. No coupon same day discount, no senior discount, or any other type of discount was taken off bill. $285.55 for one small pipe drain clean is unacceptable price gouging at its biggest. They will not be called by any of my family (close, extended) for services again. Friends and neighbors will hear about beware of not getting any discount despite COVID PPE no causing sufficient blindness for the tech to be able to see services were provided to a seniors household. $285 with tax/ one drain - never again from this outfit. The technician was prompt and professional. He knew what he was doing and explained each part of each process so I understood what and why he was doing each step. I am satisfied with everything that was done.

Daniel was prompt and arrived within the promised time. He immediately assessed the issue and quoted what I believe to be a fair price. He then did the work, and followed up by using a wet/dry vac to clean up debris from the backup. He was very courteous, polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again. <br />

I have an unusual situation in that my house was built in 1882, and the main drain for the house is in the cellar beneath a trap door and down a narrow set of steps. <br /> This prevented most companies from doing the job because their machine was too big and too heavy. The Roto Rooter machine could be taken apart into two pieces and put back together in the cellar. Their machine has an 11/16 cable, large enough for main drains.  <br /> Roto Rooter did a very thorough job going about 130 feet or more to the street, and the hourly cost was comparable to low cost companies. <br /> Because they have a special machine that can be taken apart into two pieces and put back together relatively quickly I will only call Roto Rooter in the future.  <br />

Unfortunately, the initial team sent out to do this service wasn't up to their typical quality. The younger team member Justin was polite and courteous. whereas the older man was quite rude. I realized there were things in the way and I asked the younger man if he could help me move the refrig he said no problem and he had another guy in the van that could help. I was called back down to the garage and this other guy started listing all the things I needed to move and I wanted the refrig moved then I would need to empty it out. I was stunned to say the least! We have used this service repeatedly over the years and have never had this problem! <br /> As I started moving the things he told to move I asked if they couldn't at least help me and for the 3rd or 4th time the rude person repeated to me we are not movers. At that point I said fine that is as good as it gets deal with it or get of my property! I went upstairs and called the company right away and complained. The receptionist got the manager owner on the phone. After explaining what went on he immediately pulled this team off my property. He sent out a new guy that was a very professional sincerely nice guy. He did a wonderful job and was clean and neat as what we usually got. Now, Jeff the owner manager type person told me this was now free of charge. I told the new service person that we <em> would pay for the services that were </em>provided because that is the way my husband and I worked. When the job was done the service person absolutely refused to take payment. Jeff, you and Justin and the second service guy Chad were great professional and were great examples of good service recovery. Thank you! <br /> <br />

Fixed the problem quickly and quietly despite my 2 year old trying to and quot;helpand quot;. Fixed the water pressure quickly and found a problem with the kitchen sink as well. Had to return when the pipes continued to vibrate. Apparently there was something called a and quot;waterhammerand quot; when the pressure builds in the pipes and makes them vibrate. Bob with Rotor Rooter was progessional and on time. Did great work. <br />

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. JUST BAUGHT HOUSE FOUND OUT CITY HAD DISCONNECTED WATER AND GAS FROM MAINS. <br /> HAD ONE PLUMBER COME OUT DIDN'T SEEM TO WANT TO DO JOB . CALLED ED OUT HE KNEW JUST WHAT I NEEDED DONE HELPED WITH CITY AND MUD TO GET PROJECT STARTED. ALWAYS AWNSERED MY CALL AND WORKED WITH MY SCH. THEY GOT WATER HOOKED UP AND FOUND SOME LEAKS DUE TO INPROPER WINTERIZATION.FIXED ALL LEAKS AND INSTALLED A NEW WATER HEATER REPLACED ALL FAUCETS AND CLEARED ALL DRAINS.ALSO INSTALLED A NEW TOILET IN MAIN BATH. I CAN RECCOMMED THESE GUY VERY HIGHLY. ED AND HIS TEAM ARE VERY PROFFESIONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. <br />

Responded immediately to request call, but came about 1 hour later than the given time window. The lateness caused increased costs for a and quot;nightand quot; call after 7pm. The plumbers did get the main drain unblocked, but could not diagnose why the block occurred. He said they would need to return another day with a camera to see if there was a continuing problem in the main line, and as a result, coult not guarantee the pipe would stay clear. I called to set up an appointment for the next day, and again, they were later than the given time window and had not called me. After about 45 minutes late, I called the dispatcher to request a timeline. He did apologize for not calling me when they missed my time window, but he told me he didn't know how long it would be and couldn't give me a time window. Plumber showed up about 1 1/2 late. He did the camera scope and found a narrowed part of the pipe that he recommended that I replace. He showed me on the tv monitor the problem, and found the escapte hatch they would need to go through to do the replacement. He then fixed a back up in a secondary pipe. <br /> Overall: they fixed the problem. I give good marks for work, but poorer marks for punctuality and courtesy (for failing to call me when they were late). <br /> <br />
