Rot Solutions LLC

Replaced six (6) posts supporting carport roof. Completed the work in one-day instead of two-days, way before our agreed deadline date. Communicated the whole way, honest pricing, no surprises, and provided high-quality workmanship. It seemed obvious that a lot of thought and planning went into the proposed project. The work flowed smoothly and the staff seemed very organized through completion of project. Hauled away all the job-related debris, and I appreciated that my project was left very neat and tidy. The finished carport work looks so awesome, I’m very excited, and my neighbors are so happy for me. I highly recommend Rot Solutions, they are great, honest, caring and friendly. -Lee Ann Bothell

Wonderful experience with Rot Solutions. Finally a provider that cares and goes the extra mile to do it right. Quick response to a critical situation. They are on time, professional and experts. Would definitely contract with them again.

If you want your project to be done right and done efficiently, Rot Solutions is the contractor to use. This involved the replacement /repair of two large sections on the exterior wall of my residence where significant rot was discovered during a complete replacement of all its windows. The window company could not make the rot repairs so they provided a list of "preferred" contractors. I selected Rot Solutions because of other reviews and because of my first phone contact with the owner of the company. Beginning at first contact I was impressed. They responded to my request the same day and even offered to come to my residence that day. Arrangements were made to meet the following day and I then had an estimate within about two days. This was important, as the window installers had temporarily reset one of two banks of windows where rot to the sill and what was thought to be the subfloor had been discovered. Rot Solutions showed-up, did what they said they'd do, kept us in the loop as to schedules or changes and cleaned up at the end of each day. There was zero "standing around". Everyone worked hard and until the days work is done. Last, but not least, there was never a "no", we can't", just, "yes" we can".

Rot Solution was great to work with. They repaired our chimney, siding, window trim, stairs, and railing, and they were knowledgeable and responsive throughout. The work was completed on time and at the price they quoted. I'd recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Vadim from Rot Solutions LLC on a construction project, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He takes pride in his work, delivers quality craftsmanship, and is reliable throughout the entire process. As a fellow contractor, I truly appreciate his dedication to doing the job right. I highly recommend Rot Solutions LLC and look forward to working with Vadim again!

Vlad and his team did a great job. They were hard at work every morning at 8 am and were able to complete the work in ~5 days, rebuilding my walk-up and upper floor balcony. Communication was consistent and there was no friction throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for others and will be calling them up for my next job.

They were great to work with. Vadim was very thorough in our walk through when we were talking about the job. They were able to get the job done really quickly, finishing up a day early!

The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Very neat job, this was a porch rebuild with a small amount of decking. Workmanship is very good, would definitely hire them again!

They scheduled the job quickly, then came out and did the job quickly and efficiently. I plan to hire them again for future projects.

Use this pic We hired Vadim from Rot Solutions after discovering rot under our deck when we noticed it starting to sag. We reached out, and Vadim came out to evaluate the damage within 24 hours and had a quote ready for us the very next day. His team tackled the job quickly and professionally. They kept the work area clean at all times, there was no loud music, and everyone was very respectful. The work was done efficiently and at a very fair price. If you?re dealing with siding issues, rot, or water damage, I highly recommend Rot Solutions.

Working with Vadim from Rot Solutions was one of the easiest and best experiences we?ve had with a contractor. Our downstairs bathroom was completely flooded, and Vadim and his team rebuilt the entire bathroom from the ground up. The end result is absolutely beautiful. Throughout the whole process, Vadim communicated clearly with us, kept the job site clean, and paid close attention to every detail. We are beyond happy with the work and truly appreciate the care and professionalism his team showed. We would highly recommend Rot Solutions and will definitely hire them again in the future.
