Dear Appliance Owner, My name is Roy Teeples. I am announcing the start of my new business beginning Feb. 1, 2006. I have been an appliance technician since 1984. I am certified by NASDEC/NARDA as a Universal Technician and by the EPA for refrigerant handling. As required by state law, I am licensed by the Contractors Construction Board , #168298, which means that I am Licensed, Insured and Bonded. This makes me totally legal and is exceptional to my profession. Since I am sole proprietor, when you call the number listed above, you will speak directly to the person doing the repair, not a receptionist, or dispatcher. I may ask specific questions regarding your machine so that I may anticipate any parts needed and have them on hand to complete the repair the first time. I look forward to your business.
