The plumber showed up 1 1/2 hours late the first time and 3 hours early the second time. He reversed the hot and cold water lines of the faucet. We called and were promised callbacks, which never happened. Two days later, a different plumber came to fix the mistake that the first plumber (John) made. Not a pleasant experience.
