All work was done as agreed-upon at a fair price. Quality of work met all standards that was agreed upon. Charlie and Rick were professionals that met All their contractual obligations. Their workers were exactly that, workers. They started their day and worked through without delays. As someone who needs other work to be performed in the future, I am sure to use them again. From my experience I would highly recommend them to others.

I see a very mixed bag of reviews which I find confusing. Some of the reviews sound exactly like my experience. Charlie and Rick come in with very good pricing so it is difficult to say no to them. They will, however, promise you the world and not deliver! We sat down at my dining room table and went over everything. The type of stain, the amount of time it would take, and the cost. My price was supposed to include new boards, the railing around my house, and painting my whole house with a heavy stain twice. The first thing I noticed is that they do not know how to prep. Prepping for a paint job is probably the most important thing you can do. One day, I look out my window and I see a 14-year-old girl on a ladder painting my house. I called Charlie Because he was not there and he never was. There was no supervision no fore-person and no one that spoke English to question. Charlie said his workers were bringing their friends because they were short-staffed. In my broken Spanish, I came to learn that the workers were bringing their children! Several times I asked Charlie about boards that need replacing, and paint that was on my stone and the windows and he said we would get to it just make a list. He came to me asking for money several times before the job was even over, telling me he had to make payroll. He also tends to bully women and tell them that we do not know what we are talking about. Rick was not present as much but seemed to see the job more clearly. I am hoping there is a way for me to show photographs because that speaks for Itself. Lastly, this job was only done months ago and the railing is completely rusted and peeling already! I do not recommend

I hired them just because of their high review score, but unfortunately, I had a very bad experience in the project of repair and repainting of the exterior house although the project was finished OK. 1, when I told Charlie some window sills were not cleaned well (cleaning windows covered in the contract), he shouted at me to stop, do not judge a job until I tell you it is completed. OK, I shut up! However, it was still not cleaned well after I was told it was complete. 2, the workers did not test rotten siding wood under looking good surface. After I did find rotten wood siding and trims (replace rotten siding and trims in the contract) using a wood pole although the surfaces looked good, they were very angry with me and shouted at me again you damaged the siding with a hammer!... (why did I do it if they were good! Why did not I do the same on the other good siding?) They did not agree with me even after I showed them how rotten the wood siding was after the surfaces were opened. They forced me to pay extra for the damaged siding a couple of times! After a couple of severe arguments, I paid them partial extra under their high pressure (I was so frustrated not to convince them). 3, I found many unfinished or inappropriately finished works after I was told it was complete, but they still did not finish all in the first round until my 2nd inspection. 4, most of the gaps between window trims and windows were not caulked at all or just partially caulked after I was told it was complete. When I pointed out the problems to the worker Diego, he refused to do so! He said no, no, ...it was not supposed to do! Fortunately, the boss Charli asked him to finish it after Diego talked to him. In summary, if you want to get your project done well and correctly, 1, you MUST have knowledge of how the work should be done. 2, you should inspect the finished work carefully although the entire house looked good at a glance after painting. 3, You need to discuss the project in detail with them about what to do and what to be covered before signing a contract to avoid misunderstanding during the work. Great job, great guys, great fair price. They finished ahead of schedule and were very good about coming back immediately to address some very minor issues. They gave us the best price, and were great to consult with. We would definitely recommend them.

Rick and Charlie, the owners of RPC, were very much hands on with our project. They have a great crew that works hard and does very professional work.

I am not normally a review writer but I felt I needed to in this instance. I hired them to do exterior paint /stain on my house. The 2 owners Rick and Charlie were nice enough, and very accommodating when it came time to collect a check. That being said... they sent completely unprofessional sloppy and an unsupervised group of workers. I am still cleaning up spots of stain and paint they left all over the place. When they came for the second check they told me to tell the crew what I wanted done and they would do it. NEVER HAPPENED. I paid good money and I was not expecting to be a project manager. Paint all over my roof shingles, doors , not taking things off or taping....sloppy crap work. I was promised 2 coats of stain and paint....nope....did not happen. I was there watching them, They moved from one area to another without re-coating anything. Supposed to sand trim, prime and paint,...Nope did not happen. Just painted over everything. When it came time for the last $$ pick up, they were vey apologetic and insisted that everything would be corrected. .Still left a sloppy mess. I would be embarrassed by this work if I were them.. Sorry guys I made a mistake in hiring you and I got rooked out of $8K

Rick, Charlie, and the company foreman Diego did a beautiful job restoring and painting the ceilings and plaster walls of our co-op apartment which is close to 100 years old. Throughout the process they listened to our questions and concerns, and assisted with other general contracting projects in the space. The team did great work, was punctual, and respected the space.

The project went very well The Paint looks good they were willing to accommodate me for any changes that I wanted . the Communication between Rick and I was very good He explained a lot about the drying process and how paint colors look under lights Charles was willing to come back to finalize any touch. Ups to the job. The work area was clean nicely upon leaving I am pleased

Did every thing as promised and was very easy to deal with

Very competitive bid. Time estimate for job was right on. The painters moved porch furniture and left the work areas neat every day. Charlie did an excellent job of selecting the color for the stucco that hadn't been painted in 80 years. The house looks brand new.

We have a historic home that is over 200 years old. RPC did exactly what they said they would do and more for exactly the amount quoted.

Good option for the money. Workers left a bit of a mess, some sealant that needed to be scraped off the house, but they owners were awesome guys and stuck to their word. Even had an issue after the work was done and they came back to inspect and complete the job, after they had all of our money

Jai painted our concrete house foundation and wrought iron railing. He was meticulous and professional and surpassed our expectations. He is also very pleasant and was considerate of our property.
