The work was good but the follow-up was lacking We had a gas leak the same day after the work was done.. We turned of what we could and early the next morning we called and they said they would dispatch a technician They did but it was after their days work was done at about 4;00 that day. We though with a gas leak they should have come first thing that day

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I called about my water heater and they showed up the same day, within just a few hours. Rile took a look at it, and for some reason it just started working again. The best part? They refused to charge me anything. You don’t find that kind of honesty every day. Amazing customer service, and they’ll definitely be my go-to for anything plumbing related from now on. Thank you so much, Rile. You’re the best!

They did it correctly! I liked that they got busy, got to the job, and got it done. The only complaint I had was that they put a new water valve on a shower and they reversed the hot and cold!

They scoped the line before snaking it to prevent causing any further damage and see what kind of but was needed first. They were very thorough and super friendly. And they quoted me a fair price.
