Todd left work incomplete and did not return to finish job. Todd Requested money upfront we paid him the money and he never returned to do the job and did not give us a receipt.

We adjusted our schedule numerous times to accommodate Todd's schedule, and he cancelled several times, promised to reschedule, then just wouldn't show. Completed only half of the job but received over 1/2 of the payment. Cancelled so many return appointment dates that I lost count. Unfortunately, this owner doesn't value customer's time. The quality of his work is 4 stars, but his work ethic & customer service is a solid 1 star. I expect those I hire to arrive on time, arrive the day they agree to work, display a positive attitude, provide quality customer service & do quality work. I won't recommend him to neighbors, friends or other HomeAdvisor users.

The project went very well and at a timely matter.They finished the project on the time that they said they would.They clean up everything when it was done and everyone really showed great customer service.So the projest turned out great.

We had driveway, patio and sidewalks installed by RP Enterprises. This company offers quality work for the price. Communication of price before the work is done was very important to us.

The quality of the driveway was done great. My yard however needs work now due to the digging part of the job. Not too pleased with their clean up at the end. Now I need my yard put back in order.

Todd called me within an hour of submitting on home advisor on a Sunday. He came right out and measured up the areas needed and scheduled the job. Aside from the rain delays, had me up and done as quickly as possible. His pricing was extremely fair and work was done within expectation. Todd will be coming back real soon to add a bigger patio and a side walk soon. Don’t hesitate to call this guy for your needs.

Todd and crew, provided great service for my sidewalk installation. They were able to remain flexible with weather conditions and still complete project in timely manner. There's absolutely no better service and quality for the value in the Charlotte area. Being a successful real estate investor requires a solid team around you. RP Enterprises will certainly be my first call for any of my projects in the future.

Todd/RP Enterprises removed old concrete driveway and replaced with new. It was about 5 minutes after I requested pros that Todd called. It was a Sunday and he was out of town! He reviewed the project with us and quickly gave us an estimate. It was very fair. We began the project as soon as the weather permitted. He always arrived on time and began and finished the project when he said he would, I believe a little faster actually! He was easy to communicate with, quickly understood what we wanted, and did what he said he would do. It is hard to find these qualities in the contracting world! The finished project was high quality and looks great! The Wifey is very particular and even she loves it! We hope to work with Todd and his crew again in the near future! Todd and his crew made sure that all my request for service were met, he stated that he aimed to make sure all my needs were met and he periodically followed up to let me know the status of the project.

Aside from rotten weather conditions, which they had no control over, I consider this a job well done and at a fair price. Todd kept me informed all during the project.

If you need concrete poured and set RP can get it done for you. Very knowledgeable, organized and has the tools to get the project done in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.

Todd called and emailed within an hour of my Home Advisor request. He bid the job the following day and completed the job at the agreed upon time. We are happy with the work and with the price.

I put in my request on Home Advisor and within an hour or so Todd called to set up an appointment, and that was on on a Sunday. Todd gave me a very competitive price and a schedule. He showed up on time with the proper tools and equipment and performed as expected. The job is now complete and it looks great, the light broom finish with picture frame edge finish looks very complete. I will have other projects in the future that will require more cement work, and Todd and his crew will be my first call.

This was the most disrespectful pro I've ever hired. When I requested a correction, the correction was not sufficient and the first time it rained I had trouble opening my gate. I requested they fix it and they showed up a day late and because it hasn't rained could not see the problem and refused to trim the gate bottom. I tried to talk to him about the broken gate handle and he walked away without listening to me. They left two 3 inch nails in the driveway because they didn't bother cleaning it. I have clots globs of clay dirt over the driveway and pre-existing patio and walkway. They dumped the dirt they dug up over my fence onto my neighbors yard and along the back of my fence. I am going to have to hire someone else to fix and clean up his work. He didn't include a piece of the job in the estimate and charged $200 more. He never provided a receipt or written guarantee even when asked. There is a crack from one side of my patio to the other that has appeared within the first year. He has not been willing to address the concern even though he gave me a year contract. They even left cigarette buts on my property. **UPDATE 05/21: Todd did come out to repair the crack in the concrete. ** Continue to get cracks and when contacted to address problem does not get back to me. Will have to hire someone to fix his bad work

Todd responded within minutes of my Home Advisor inquiry for concrete work. We set up a date and time for him to come out and see exactly what I wanted done, he measured and took notes, and by that evening I had a quote, which I considered very reasonable. He offered suggestions and even though I made a few changes between the initial quote and the start of the project, he was understanding and updated the measurements and quote as necessary. Both Todd and his helper (Bruce?) were there each morning bright and early setting up the framework and then pouring the concrete. He even added some additional touches which I was very pleased with. I'm very impressed with the end result and with the professionalism and work ethic of Todd and his helper. I would HIGHLY recommend RP Enterprises for any concrete projects you may have. In fact, I expect to be contacting them again when I'm ready to do my front sidewalk. Thanks Todd
