I've been searching around to get a direct vent gas insert installed and I am so glad that I chose to go with RPF Construction. My experience was very positive. Robert helped me decide which gas insert was best for my specific needs and situation. The communication was among the best as Robert kept me updated all the way up to the completion of the project. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new fireplace and it is keeping me warm throughout the winter. I highly recommend RPF Construction!

I have been trying for 2 years to get our fireplace fixed and could not find anyone to even come out and look at it. I saw an ad for Angi’s list and contacted them. They sent me 4 different companies that could do the work and, after checking the reviews, I selected RPF Construction. Robert contacted me immediately, came to the house, outlined everything he would do and gave me a price, which I agreed to. Robert and Tom came the next week with all of the parts that were needed. They started at 8:30 a.m and finished at 4:00 p.m. the same day. We have an airtight freestanding fireplace and they replaced all of the pipe, from the top of the fireplace, through the roof and all outside components. There was a leak in the roof that caused some rust and peeling paint on the firebox. They sanded it down and repainted it, where it stands, without getting paint on anything else. Even the silver screws they painted black. We are so happy with the excellent job that they did!!!

Let me tell you, I had searched the internet for someone that would be able to convert our wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. I came upon Robertâ s company, read the reviews, and called him. I received a response from him right away and the rest is history. His work ethics along with his outstanding craft gave us the most beautiful fireplace insert in our family room. He also was able to hang our new 65â TV over the fireplace that is separated by the mantle. I highly recommend RPF Construction!

Robert and his team only took 9 hours to get a gas stove out of here, put up two partial stone walls and install the wood burning stove. Robert took the time to show me the correct way to start the fire and use the damper. I am very impressed with the excellent workmanship by all working with Robert. If your heating bills are ridiculously high, try a wood burning stove.

Rob called back quickly and came out to quote the job the next day. Off to a great start. The quote was very fair. He gave me a start date, and he actually started the project 3 days early. Robert installed two gas fireplaces for me, and did a fantastic job. He (and his son) are extremely likeable people, and very hard workers. They did the job quickly, with perfect quality, and came back to finish a few odds and ends associated with some broken parts from a distributor (no fault of Robert's company ... things sometimes break in transit, and Robert ensured replacements were issued, and he personally saw to the installation, ensuring it was done right). I'll definitely hire Robert again down the road, and recommend him as highly as I can. Great guy, maybe has to do with his yooper roots, I don't know!

Robert was easy to work with. Despite some scheduling conflicts he was able to get the job in time and with great quality. He helped my wife and I come up with ideas to make our vision come to life. He even had offered cost saving ideas to get the best look for the most value. Robert was easy to work with and I would recommend him for your fireplace project.

Did a great job, did not waste time. Got the job done

Robert is just great to work with and is so customer friendly. As an example, our remote to the fireplace stopped working. We called RPF construction and they replaced the remote no questions asked. The follow up was just great and without any hassle, plus they brought the new remote to our house...this is after a year. I would recommend Robert and RPF Construction Co. to anyone!
