RPHandy began by using a drain snake to unclog my bathtub drain. For about five minutes, he used the snake. The bathtub did not unclog. He said that he knew another way to get it the drain unclogged. He asked me if I knew where my valve on the house was. I told him I didn t know what he was talking about. He said he would go outdoors and check to see what it was. He came back into the house and said he couldn t find it. Since it was Friday and late in the day. He said that he would have to go to City Hall and get the plans for where the valve was. He said that he would be back then. He text me on Sunday, June 7, 2026 and said I ll be there tomorrow. I text him back and told them I had treatment on Mondays but my grandson would be there by 11 AM. I asked him if that time would be good for him. He said he would figure it out and let me know. Later on on Monday, June 8, 2026. I text him and asked him if he figured anything out. He said I'll be there this week I apologize I'm covered up and trying to find help is impossible. Every time I text him he said he was coming that evening or the next day. I discovered that he was using two phone numbers to text me. By June 18, 2026 I I realized that he may not be coming back. So I made a complaint to the Attorney General s Office. When I told him that I had contacted them, he t he text me that I ought to contact animal control also. I asked him what did animal control have to do with finishing a plumbing job.? Then he said I won t be back. I ll try to unclog your drain, but I can t remove metal particles. It s not my fault. Contact whoever you want to that place That place is filthy. After that after that text, I know it was fruitless to try to solve this on my own..

Had to order part, just came in but he's busy & can't do it tomorrow, I'll have to make arrangements to have him come on Friday afternoon. So far he's been honest & I'll soon see if my oven actually works.

Rphandy was very professional. He researched the problem and discussed the situation with me, and even discovered a third option which not only corrected the problem but saved me time and money. I will be sure to contact him again for future needs and as situations arise.

The work went pretty slow, but no fault of his. We had lots of rain,, Ronnie was very easy to work with and listened to what I wanted. He actual made some changes from what we original talked about. Very good work.

The work was completed in a timely, uninterrupted manner once it began. He did the repair work as asked and did not insist on more comprehensive or expensive alternatives. Good cleanup each day!
