This AC service is just outstanding. Prompt response, honest assessments and advice, competent repair and maintenance services, and fair moderate prices. What more can you ask for? I was concerned that my central AC compressor unit was making unusual noise. Instead of steady hum, the sound frquency was cycling about 3x/sec. I feared it needed replacement. Ray explained that air filter was dirty and needed replacement. He explained how this caused ncomplete refrigerant evaporation. I'm an engineer - his explanation made sense to me. He changed the filter, measured temperatures and pressures, cleaned the unit inside and out, and made some other adjustments. Sure enough, when he turned the unit on, the sound was a beautiful steady hum again, and the temperature differential increased by 5 degrees. All this took about a half hour. I was surprised by how low his fee was. I added a tip. Did I say he showed up on time, just 3 hours after my call. I highly recommend RPM Cooling.
