Ryan was wonderful! He was prompt very knowledgeable and what was most important to me was his honesty. He could have tried to sell an expensive part or even a new AC. But he changed the filter, adjusted the vibration and added Freon. Ryan is my new go to guy for heating and air conditioning!

Ryan Sanchez answered my call for a window AC unit, no one else did this kind of project. It took him only a couple days for my first visit. He saw what I needed to have done, told me what needed to complete this project. He had it all installed within a week, yes it took him a while because it’s super busy in the summer. This is a five star service from a five star guy and I believe he truly was interested in my predicament, he really cared!

Ryan was so great! He responded immediately after my request for help and was over within 2 hours. Diagnosed my problem (we had to let the AC unit defrost overnight) and then came back the next day to fix everything. He went above and beyond and I will be using him in the future for my routine maintenance and anything other repairs!!

Ryan came out to help with my swamp cooler cover on the roof.... In the process I also got a complete furnace inspection, a gas leak to my furnace fixed, and an estimate on some new baseboard heating install for our basement. RPM HVAC does it all!
