Issues with my refrigerator making a loud noise and defrosting. I did not know about RPM at that time and called Mr. Appliance. He made wrong diagnosis and ordered a $236. part, saying it would be in about 7-10 days. This being unacceptable, I looked online and called Ronald at RPM. Upon explaining to him what had happened, he sent Anthony and his assistant to my home, found the problem, that had nothing to do with the expensive part that I was told was needed. They fixed and because of my bad experience with other company did not charge me. This is truly a great company with polite professional people that really care about helping you.

I really appreciate how thorough and conscientious the technician was from the moment he stepped in my front door. Most importantly, he found a way to solve my problem, not just find what was broken & needed to be fixed. His suggestion to provide me with a loaner dryer until the replacement part arrived (a few days) saved me the hassles of trekking to a laundramat -THAT was a LIFESAVER for me! It's clear that he understands the ethic that SERVICE is more than just replacing a part. Thank you!! I WILL be calling again the next time I need something done.
