I loved this company they were very flexible and provided a great report for our home.

Reginald was very nice and responded well. However, it took over a week to get the report. It was promised a few times and came through 8 days later. He promised 3-5 business days. That wasn't very pleasant when trying to sell a home with inspections on time.

He is not an honest man, Do not hire him. Run.

I hired RPM to check the foundation of a home and fill out a form for earthquake insurance with just a couple of questions. His report was rejected by the insurance company because he turned out to be unlicensed. He may have misunderstood the difference between having a simple certification and a license. He did offer a refund and promised repeatedly to send it but dragged his feet for weeks. I had to ask Angi to arbitrate and then he did send the refund. I cannot speak about the quality of his work because his report was never validated. The low ratings reflect my experience rather than the quality of his work.

He’s a sharp, thorough interesting guy. I didn’t hire him as he is only the inspector. I have other businesses that will used to fix problems identified by the inspector.

This company is a SCAM. Do NOT use them. It is a waste of time and money. The guys do not inspect things. He just marks them as satisfactory. The roof was tile, he stated shingle in the report, and there was no AC Unit, he marked it as satisfactory in the report. He came in a car with no ladder to climb to the attic area for inspecting the furnace etc. Reginald has no clue what he is doing. He keeps saying a Veteran Owned Company and that is the reason I selected them also the price was competitive with other lower-priced providers. He never kept any of his promises (report, corrected report, calling back, replying to emails, etc). The payment goes directly to his account and not to a business account. PLEASE stay away from this company (RPM Inspection). The report he (Reginald) provides is worse than a 5th-grade project report.

Home inspection was recommended by a broker and was a great decision. They were cheaper then a home guard but with the same great quality service and reports.

Do NOT hire them. They did not do an actual home inspection. They claimed to look at things that they didn't look at (I was there the whole time). They marked things as satisfactory even though the items were non-existent. The report looked like a 4th grade power point show, a few words surrounded by big pictures. I had a lot riding on a comprehensive report and was absolutely stunned with the results. I even asked if they sent me the correct report. Terribly saddened and disappointed.

I highly recommend this company for any home inspection needs. They made the whole process very easy and understandable. The report was sent within 2 days and it was a very detailed report.

These guys have no idea what a home, roof and termite inspections are like. They do not know what the report should look like and how to write a report. They take pictures and place pictures in the report. They do not pick-up call, and have no voice mail. They do not respond to emails. All in all, a cheap but terrible service and report you get from Reginald. I had two real estate agents tell me that they had never seen a crappy report like theirs. I had to send him template of reports from other companies to see what his report should look like. He never kept his promises to delivery report, update report, respond to phone/email/text messages. If I had the time, I would report them to BBB and get them out of this business, PLEASE, Do not waste your time and money with these guys like I did.

Scam alert. I paid $450 for an inspection and never received an inspection report. I looked up this company then and found out it has never registered with the state.

Reggie was very professional, exceeded expectations. He called to confirm times and dates for inspection to be at best convenient for us . Explained what the inspection included and excluded. Immediate responses & report issues the next day . The inspection was thorough , impressed how explicit, walked us through an issues that were concerning . I highly recommended Reggie .
