RPM LLC

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace, Excavation - Major Grading or Resloping, Major Home Repair (General Contractor),

About us

RPM Inc was founded in 2000 because of the need for a professional, competent, empathetic and action oriented remodeling company. Through experiences in the home improvement industry we realized that homeowners who wanted remodeling work performed were not being served professionally. RPM does not just build sunrooms, additions and perform remodeling work. We help people live better at the same address! We build relationships by bring new light to an industry that has been in the dark for to many years, while creating unique living environments. RPM knows that we must communicate with our customers, be honest, respectful and offer fun and excitement in the remodeling process. Whether it's a small repair or large addition, our belief is to treat a customer's home as a castle. Serving our fellow man is what RPM is all about. We understand that serving is what makes us thrive and succeed. And, because of this, we all know that when a homeowner calls RPM, they have called the right place. RICHARD PULLMAN AND RPM ARE NOTHING MORE THAN CLASSIC CONTRACTING SCAMMER. THEY TOOK ALMOST $9000 OF MY MONEY IN JANUARY 04, INSTALLED A FEW WINDOWS AND A DOOR. THE WORK THEY DID WAS ILLEGAL, SHODDY AND THEY LEFT MORE DAMAGE THEY FIXED. CLASSIC SCUMBAG CONTRACTORS. YOUR SERVICE NEEDS TO SCREEN THESE SCUMBAGS TO PROTECT UNKNOWING CONSUMERS. I NOW HAVE HAD TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY, FILE A LONG COMPLAINT WITH THE CT DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, AND I AM LIVING IN A HOUSE THAT IS NOT ONLY INCOMPLETE, BUT DANGEROUS AND SUBSTANTIALLY DECREASED IN VALUE. RPM IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. WHEN I AM DOWN WITH THEM HOPEFULLY THEY WON'T BE SCAMMING OTHERS.

The kitchen cabinets are not at all as they were in the original plans. The kitchen counter is coming unglued Often we will leave a bathroom window open to freshen up the room, but close the door to the bathroom and leave the Air conditioner on in the house. Often times we return home to find the window and door open, and the AC still on.The work being provided, as of late is not in a workman like manner:1. There is an open and exposed pipe from our septic in the basement. It has never been covered or fixed. It has been sitting open and exposed since February 2004. 2. Window frames are not staying in place3. Nails from the siding are bleeding into the stain4. Thresholds have gaps and spaces5. A light switch was installed behind a door. When it was moved, a blank plate was put in its place.6. Electrical wires are left hanging (two electricians have claimed they are unsafe).7. SBC has instructed us that the phone wires should never have been left in the condition RPM left them as they are a fire hazard. SBC states by law, RPM should have contacted SBC when moving/touching the phone wires.8. Our kitchen floor: We were instructed by RPM that we should get a linoleum floor as there would be no room for a sub floor. A sub floor was put under the linoleum, per your employee. The floor has been torn and scuffed by RPM workers. The $5,200 basement drain leaks.11. The electrician climbed all over our bed linens in the closet leaving a mess.12. RPM?s record keeping is inaccurate. As an example, and there are several, RPM credited us $1,260 for the front door. The contract stated $1,460.13. Interior paint is said to be done. The trim in the living room is only primed.14. The paint in the master bedroom is extremely sloppy.15. We paid RPM?s plumber over $800 for work and parts. 16. We have neither the work nor most of the parts.
