I was told that they would arrive at my house at 9-10 am, so I took a morning off work. They arrived at 430 pm with no sense of urgency or care for arriving late. I clearly detailed what the job entailed and we both agreed. They left after 2 hours of work when it should have taken a day. They felt it was acceptable to leave with less than half of the job done and call it complete. I was assured that they would come back and fix their mistake. Much like the beginning of the project, they did not show up, they did not call and they avoided us. When the situation was finally dealt with, I was told that,"I should have hired a real crew", which I completely agree with and I implore others to do. In summary, they were late, and did not finish the job. I did my part and paid what we agreed upon and was left with a halfhearted attempt at a job.

Was told he would be at my house on Thursday. No show. Then was coming Friday. No show. Saturday the same. Came Sunday about 8am Halfhearted job.
