I had some old wiring that needed to be removed and a dryer plug I wanted put on the other side of the room. My electrician of many years, wouldnâ t call me back, no one answered the phone, I left a Message, I think my job was too small for them. Richard called me back within minutes and fit me in the next day. Very professional and fair pricing. Heâ s my new go to electrician. He also has a brother who is a plumber he hooked me up with for some other work I need done.

Richard is very professional and reliable. I was having construction done for a new room, He did all the wiring, and when I called him to come back 4 months later,. He showed up within a week to finish. I am very happy with the work he did and the quick response to come back.

We originally hired Rich to fix a broken outlet and install a light fixture. We found him honest, upfront, and fair. We have since had our basement rewired and the old knob and tube wiring replaced by Rich. He does excellent work! Our basement wiring is now updated, safe, organized and everything is neatly labeled. He will also take the time to show you what he's done, and explain things in layman's terms. We most certainly would hire Rich again, and we highly recommend him.

He worked in my attic when it was mercilessly hot and never complained or said a thing until I told him to just go home due to the heat. He immediately rescheduled me and upheld the date. Rich always calls to confirm, keeps you apprised of what's going on--never leaves you hanging or wondering about anything. Great communicator, great guy.

Rich was great !!! After a short conversation he stopped by my business the next day to evaluate an installation of a new 220 circuit. I own a restaurant and he was kind enough to schedule an appointment for the installation that would have little impact on the operation of my business. Like most commercial installs there's always a problem but Rich quickly resolved the issue and the install was completed without further delay. Rich was a pleasure to work with and will be my go to guy for any electrical issues I have in the future..

Rich and his team did a fantastic job replacing dated light fixtures in the kitchen with recessed lighting, giving the room an updated, modern look. Rich was very helpful in presenting various design options for us to choose from. The work was performed quickly, neatly, reasonably priced, and turned out great! Richard was excellent. We covered what was needed for the project and when it would be done. He was extremely polite and accommodating towards my house schedule. The project was to replace my dated 100amp service to 200A. Along with running a new line to my electric stove. His work was neat and clean. The inspector even said he like to see his work because he knows it will be great.

This was a tough job, my old home rewired and another breaker panel installed. They were friendly, trustworthy and neat. The job was reasonably priced. I can't day enough good things about this company. I'm planning a kitchen remodel and Rich Pichette will be doing the work!

The job was an absolute steal financially- Richard was more than fair with the job scope and price, no games or up-charging, no unnecessary work to boost the price. Without hesitation, I’ve already requested additional work (multiple projects actually) from Richard because I know I’ll get unbiased feedback, scope of work, and quality. It’s a struggle to find great tradesman/tradeswomen, and I feel completely comfortable hiring Richard here on out. Richard did an electrical service upgrade, and a new panel install.
