i didn t really see how they work because of the unplanned get away for a week,i just saw the finished project when i came back but even though i wasn t home i was satisfied with the job and it was like nothing happened because they didn t leave any trace of any rubbish at all.

Rolando seemed like a nice enough guy, but when I told him that the gutters were draining the wrong way, he insisted that I must be mistaken because he used a level. So, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and used my hose to verify the direction of flow. Fifteen weeks later he has not even come to assess my complaint in spite of numerous phone calls.

"All of our projects have guarantee and are done excellent. Every customer we have worked with end being satisfied and happy when the project is done and that has been always our priority. The first time I went to give an estimate you said you just wanted one downspout only for a 50ft gutter. As a good contractor I am I suggested you to add another downspout but you disregard it, after a couple of days you called me back to go add the other downspout like I had suggested you before, and the last time I stop by again you took me inside your house to show me one of the bedrooms floor that was wet from humidity and you said you were thinking that the humidity was coming from one of the downspout outside. Which that didn't make sense at all to me or anyone else..."

Orlando and his crew were fantastic. They were responsive to my original request, gave a reasonable estimate, came on time on the installation day. Great work, diligent, cleaned up very well. I added leaf filters to the job and am feeling good about fall now.

Today is 26 July, The gutters were just installed. The workers at J&M Gutter Tech were outstanding. Awsome job and cleanup..I had a bunch of estimates, some crazy high and one super low..Gutter Tech was in the ball park with the three other companies I was considering..One of the owners, John gave me the estimate, He showed me both gutter types I was interested in, He was HONEST and did not try to up sell stating you don't really need the more expensive one..I called him about 5 minutes after he left.lI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for your gutters...
