Wood Fence - Install

John Robert Holmes with RRAC put up a fence for me that has had to be completely torn down. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON FOR ANY WORK YOU WANT DONE. See the following. = pieces of the fence were not attached to one another -charged me more for materials than they were worth =did not put metal posts in place of old ones, thus reducing my property line -dripped stains on wood and gates =did not cap metal posts =did not stain back of fence as paid for -left nail-screws protruding, attached to nothing =left debris of brick, concrete, old and new fence pieces in my yard - refused to try to make things right with the fence or my money -refused to remove the part of my fence he left in my neighbors yard - had poles standing NOT connecting to the fence -left screws out of gate hinge -splattered stain on windows and house -is not knowledgeable about fence construction or he would have advised me on the base of the fence to do otherwise. -the concrete for poles was crumbling and left above the ground around the poles -the fence was warping due to low quality materials that cost much less than what I was charged -parts of the fence were not attached to each other...I could lean on the fence and see part of my old fence in the neighboring yard. - he used a brick to support the base and make that portion level out with back fence /left a large gap under both gates which when he personally tried to fix made the gates not close completely and the stain dripped on the wood he added. He wanted to charge me $1000 to stain the back of the fence.
