THIS COMPANY CAME AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF FIXING MY WASHER AN WOULD ORDER THE PART AND GAVE ME THE TOTAL COST. WHEN THE PART CAME IN THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME TO PUT IT NI THEY DID NOT BRING TOOLS THE NEEDED TO WORK ON IT AND BROKE A PART THAT WAS NOT BROKEN WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE AND TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 113.00 DOLLARS MORE TO FIX IT, I HAVE TO HAVE MY WASHER SO WILL HAVE TO PAY IT TO GET IT FIXED BUT I WILL NEVER US THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR TELL MY FRIENDS TO

He responded to me immediately. My fridge went out and he was here in an hour. He worked diligently to find the problem. He was professional and kind. He fixed my fridge and when he told me how much I owed him my mouth literally dropped open! His rates are much more than reasonable! I will use him and only him for any needs in the future and I canâ t recommend him high enough. This was an amazing experience!
