Excellent customer service: Steve Gervais was the first person who proposed to install the gas line the way I thought it should be. I had spoken to 4 other contractors who insisted on ripping the ceiling of my finished basement. He took photos and gave me a reasonable estimate. Further, the installation had to be done months later after the initial estimate. They came out and did the job on time and exactly as was discussed during the initial survey. Quality of workmanship is also excellent.

These guys were absurd. They took 5 weeks to complete a job that was supposed to take 5 days and left the place dirty. Do not use them.

Got contacted immediately after calling Service Magic - they were very courteous and prompt. Technician was knowledgeable and got repairs done rather quickly (I had a furnace fan that wouldn't shut off). The cost of repair was a bit high for my taste, but since the bulk of the cost was due to the part being replaced, I can't complain too much!

The first plumber R&R sent was inexperienced. While changing the cartridge on my leaking bathroom sink faucet, he broke the handle & scratched the finish & the granite vanity top. The faucet was now unuseable, so I had him install a new faucet I had from another project. He installed that with two washers in the wrong position, so it leaked into the vanity cabinet. He was also to disassemble and clean a shower valve. He reassembled it incorrectly, and announced that it would need to be replaced. He did 2 other jobs correctly that day. $425. The service mgr came a week later & fixed the leaking (new) faucet & the shower valve.

The salesman knew what he was selling; I was suprised that the workman didn't seem to know all that the salesman & I had discussed, but understood enough to hear what I had to say & to contact the salesman for details. I think/hope that this will be the solution to my problem.

They showed up when expected but EXPENSIVE. Job required a second service call to finished the original problem, and B & B was going to charge me for the second call untill I protested and situation was resolved.
