3 years ago, my father sadly passed away and his home in Boca Raton had just recently suffered a series of destructive water events due to extensive rain and a leaking roof. This created significant water intrusion through exterior and interior walls. We had contacted several contractors but none of them were able to come up with a plan and timeline that made sense for us. We don't live in South Florida, so we needed a 'quarterback' to help guide the whole process and at the same time provide reliable service and quality product. That person turned out to be Scott Raines. He handled the construction project like a pro, and found several issues in the home that had been damaged by the water intrusion. All mold issues were found, handled and eradicated. Scott and his team were very responsive to us during the process, and all of the renovation work moved along amazingly smoothly. Scott made the property ready for a quick and easy sale, and in fact, with the help of his work, we sold the home in less than a month of listing. Scott also was very honest in his dealings with us, and we never felt he was taking advantage of our situation. He did exactly what was needed and what we wanted. He also arranged us to meet with a real estate insurance attorney, because my father had been falsely denied full coverage of the damage in the claim process. In the end, we sold the property quickly after it was repaired and renovated. We accomplished this with reasonable haste due to Scott's hard work and excellent professionalism. We also recovered damages and all claim dollars that were due to us from the insurance company, and this was because of Scott's recommendation and referrals to the right parties. We couldn't be happier with what Scott Raines and his team did for us. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone looking for an honest and hard working contractor!

hired Scott to totally remove my old kitchen and redesign the space. He did a remarkable job. His sense of design and knowledge of all the facets necessary: lighting, flooring, storage was just brilliant. The cabinets are beautiful workspace incredible. He helped me pick the sink, faucets, knobs you name it Scott was there for everything. His staff and workers were delightful every step of the way. We could not be more thrilled and we highly recommend Scott Raines.
