Brandon was thorough with every step of process. He stressed what was of importance and what could be addressed at a later date. Extra points for the fun tip about using a paint brush for the dust on the vents! :)

Very, very happy with our two visits so far. Both Daniel and Gary were very knowledgeable, excellent explainers of the technical stuff, and great listeners. And friendly. Gary, the "Comfort Advisor," put together a clever solution to fix our heating, and in a way that stays fixed. It takes experience to identify the root cause of the problem and work out a great solution, the way he did. Then we hung out for a while, sharing stories. He's got some great ones. I look forward to the same kind of experience with the installation!
