Beware of poor foam lift outcomes. They charge by the pound of foam, not whether or not your concrete is lifted - ask them. Had to take them to small claims court - Google my case and see for yourself before you sign their contract. I took them to court to generate a record for future customers, not for the money. Do your homework and consider another company.

Communication is not good. No follow up after project completed. Damaged siding. I’d still recommend them.

After receiving 6 different bids for foundation repair and lift, I went with R&R Foundation Specialist and am glad I did. They were able to bump up my project sooner and able to complete the job in one day. Customer service from start to finish was fantastic - huge shout out to Jimmy and the crew! Jimmy called the day prior which was a huge help, as he was able to walk me thru what to expect, preparation (none needed), and any questions/concerns I had prior (and I do ask a lot of questions, lol). I was quite impressed with their work ethics and my interactions/conversations with the crew; it was evident they take a lot of pride in their work and to me, that says a lot about a company as a whole. They were attentive to my concerns and communicated throughout the project. Clean up was beyond my expectations and absolutely no damage to my siding (which had just been installed a couple of months prior), walls, or windows - and my home is no longer sloped : ) Thoroughly happy with cost, experience, and results - would definitely recommend R&R Foundation Specialist.

R&R Foundation provided the utmost of professional experiences. From the bid to the followup, planning and the work itself, I could not recommend a contractor higher. An extension on our house had settled over the years and R&R explained in great detail why we needed to repair the foundation correctly. They sent Mike and Jim out who arrived early and worked tirelessly to complete the job, checking in with me regularly. I would say they went above what was expected.

Spectacular service. I just recently finished a large foundation job with R&R. Jim and his crew were fast, efficient and always kept me in the loop. They were honest about the work that was needed and in turn it saved me a lot of money. I will definitely be referring and using them for all my future projects.

They came out and looked at my foundation, measured my garage and found that my foundation was good.

Great folks. Came out to inspect, we did not have a problem - no worries. Nothing gets you nervous like getting worried about the foundation of your house. I truly appreciated the professionalism of the inspector, learned a lot about the house is put together (it is old) and walk away feeling much better. Thank you.

Poor communication. Company reps say one thing and then deny it. We had a major robbery a week after they left. The building is left in a compromised state.

Fantastic to work with. They did the work according to my schedule, were on time each day, explained everything as they had discussed during bid. They were willing to work with Snohomish County for permits and drawings that other bidders were not willing to do and in the end for less money than others bid. Polite well trained young men. Respectful of property and home. Cleaned up each day. Started the day they said and finished on time. I would hire them again!!

Jim and his crew did an awesome job with our foundation! Jim was very knowledgeable and they got the job done in a timely manner. They were on time everyday and met the propsed deadline. He was very professional and made sure we were happy. Jim took the time to explain what work was to be done and what to expect throughout the process. They had to remove part of our deck so they could work on the back end of the house and when they finished, they replaced it with new wood. They did a great job with putting it back together. We are extremely happy with the finished work on the entire project, from start to finish! Job well done!!

I had a very recent foundation repair which involved removal of a dual fireplace, install of Helical piles to lift foundation, raise and support floor, sub frame area where fireplace existed and add cross beams in ceiling. No other foundation repair company could provide the work R and R Foundation Specialist provided. A big thank you to Cory for providing a quality assessment of the house repairs, Lauren for excellent communication regarding the scheduling of the project and Brandon with crew doing an awesome job with the repairs.

You want it done right? These guys are picky. Money well spent. I could not have asked for= more.

The new house I bought had severely sloping floors (-4inches in one corner), a poorly poured/constructed foundation, water issues & termite ridden siding (which we found later). It needed a complete renovation & I knew I needed to start with the foundation. I received 3 bids from 3 different foundation companies. Cory came out was professional, super knowledgeable and spent time educating me (a single woman) on the process for a permanent, lifetime fix. He got under the house, took pictures & showed me the pier point system they use. R&R's bid was the middle of the road (of the three companies) but in choosing them, I had the upmost confidence I was making the right choice for the considerable amount of money I was investing. Brandon and his crew spent a week at my house (in the pouring rain!) working with my contractor when needed. They went above & beyond my expectations - taking their time, making thoughtful decisions and even going the extra mile to make sure the house was solid, level and sustainable for a lifetime! The result is AMAZING and even people walking by can see the difference! Now I can continue my renovation of the house knowing that everything I do from here on out rests on a solid foundation! I had requested bids from 3 different foundation companies and R & R foundation definitely came in with the best bid. After the first two companies came out, it was apparent to me that R&R is a company that knows exactly what needs to be done and they don't try to "sell you a Cadillac when all you need is a Chevrolet"! From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with at R&R was professional and courteous. The crew consistently showed up on time and they finished the project as promised in spite of running in to an unexpected problem (which they were also able to take care of). The crew foreman, David, was wonderful to work with. Final project turned out great!
