Very friendly and knowledable. This was a difficult job where slate had to be removed and the rest finished without disturbing the existing tiles. We were very happy with the result, and trusting them in our home was never even an issue. We are happy to see such a family-centric company work at our house and hopefuÅ ly can grow leaps and bounds.
