Kevin was very thorough with his inspection, pointed out lots of small issues that might have been overlooked, and ultimately presented me with a report that even my lawyer was impressed by with pictures and videos. We were able to secure over $8000 in credits in good part because of his report. Highly recommend.

Scott did an exceptional job from beginning to end - from the amount of time he took to do the inspection (and describe to me what he was finding) to the EXTREMELY thorough report (which was invaluable during negotiations) to his willingness to answer follow-up questions. Given that this was an older home, his expertise and insights were truly invaluable. Fully recommend with no hesitation.

Scott was very professional and arrive early for the inspection and went right to work on the inspection. He was very thorough and offered lots of suggestions for the future as I live in the house. Scott is professional, timely and thorough. I am a first time home buyer. After my husband and I expressed our worries and concern about the house. Scott answered every questions before and during the home inspection. He arrived 20 minutes earlier on that day, took photos and walk around the house. He explained everything he did, in detail, every step of the way. You can ask questions as he explains and he takes the time to explain without getting frustrated. I received the report on the same day. A very detailed report with images and videos, and clear explanations. It also highlighted all necessary repairs. Scott was a delight to work with. He responded to my inquiry on the same day and even adjusted his schedule to meet for our inspection on a weekday. I have had inspections done before and scott was very reasonably priced and even more thorough than the people i have dealt with before.
