I had a very disappointing experience with this gutter cleaning service where Rob lied about completing the job. I specifically asked him twice to provide photos as proof that the gutters had been cleaned, but he failed to do so each time, giving excuses and assuring me the work was done. However, after checking the gutters myself, I found they were still full of leaves and debris, clearly untouched. It?s frustrating to pay for a service and be misled, especially after trying to confirm the work. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I

I hired R & R Home Services originally for cleaning out my gutters but then I learned they did power washing too so I had them power wash the front of my house and my two decks. The owner was very personable, kind, and professional. The price couldnâ t be beat! I would highly recommend this business!

Randy was on my roof for under 15 minutes. He didn't flush the gutters to make sure that they ran clean. He said he can tell by banging on them. He left debris all over the ground, deck, and deck furniture. I saw this after he left and texted him to ask him to clean it up, and he never responded. Maybe he was in a hurry because his girlfriend was waiting in the truck, but for $212.00, I would expect some professionalism.

Rob came out on a Sunday morning. He cleaned the debris from my gutters, and made some repairs where needed. He did a great job, effiently and thoroughly. After he finished up, he explained what was involved with the project. He also informed me of his recommendations for follow-up cleanings, and told me about other services R&R offers. He was not at all pushy, which I appreciated. Rob is a hard-working, friendly young man who knows his business very well. I wish him much success, and I will certainly be calling on R&R again.
