Randall came to confirm that he tank was leaking. He replaced the tank with the speed required to meet tough schedule of selling the house. The work was done with precision and technical knowledge.

Randall called ASAP to find out about our problem. He spent time asking lots of questions to figure out how he could help but determined that we needed a plumber instead. He forwarded the contact info for his plumber. Appreciate his time, due diligence and honesty. If we need septic work going forward, will certainly contact him.
