R & R Plumbing

I called R&R after Roto Rooter couldnâ t fix the clog in my drain and instead quoted me $3K (!) to replace the entire kitchen drain line, which would have ripped up portions of the flooring and basement ceiling. R&R came within one hour of calling (on a Friday night!) and immediately got to work. They were convinced that all that was needed was a longer snake- they were right. They were able to snake the drain and saved me $3k. They also noted that the clog wasnâ t even in the kitchen drain line so I would have replaced that and still not have fixed the problem, if I went with Roto. I couldnâ t be more pleased with R&R- they have a customer for life.

Unbelievable experience!! Haven't felt so great and trust worthy about a plumbing company or any service work in a long time. Treated my home as if it were their own. Explained the repair and process. Will ALWAYS be my go to for all my plumbing needs. The office personal was just as exemplary. Polite, clear spoken and courteous. Respond back to callbacks straight away. I must say my whole experience made me feel like I was with good family friends that came to lend a hand. You can't feel more trust worthy than that! Seamless work performed on repair of a leaking union to my boiler. Other companies gave ridiculous estimates, telling me they were going to cut pipes, replace pipes, a lot of unnecessary work. R&R came in made it clear what we needed to do and did it. Cleaned up so well, there was little for me to do when all was done. I usually do my own work, as I am skeptical about anyone else but R&R put my mind to ease. I'm very satisfied and I will be calling back to complete my other projects as I'm confident my home is in good hands! Thank you.
