Serviced my boiler for hours. Price changed after hours of work, didn t specify how much each hour of labor would cost. Said I needed a part that was discontinued so I would need new burner for another $1,000. I didn t hire again. And now three days later and boiler not working.

If you want a professional, knowledgeable company for your job I would not use this company. Was very disappointed in their ability to service my furnace. Instead, my thermostat/ furnace was rigged to continuously run. To turn off the heat I had to ultimately turn off the gas to my home. I subsequently had to hire another company to take care of this new problem and the original problem.

Subject Category incorrect. This job was a leaky mess from the drainpipe 90-degree inlet. The black pipe was cracked due to ice damage due to a slow drain. 2 feet inside an overhang. Hard to reach. Pipe replace and snake. Identified another coupler that was just about to give way and fixed that too. Showed up ready for work. Fixed what was broke. No more no less. No frills fair price. Xmas eve food prep now back on schedule. Thanks, Bryan. Merry Christmas.

My experience was Excellent. They gave me an immediate appointment, called half hour before scheduled time & arrived on time. The work was done in a Thoughtful, Efficient Manner. Also, When I called them again that evening, stating that the sink is clogging again, they immediately came down next morning at 8am with a longer snake & cleared the rest of the grease and fixed the problem. Will definitely use them again but will request they come with the longer snake equipment.

I found them to be very professional. They did a great job and didn't overcharge me.

I hired Bryan to change a boiler for me. He was the first to contact me from Home Advisor. He gave me the best estimate out of 5 others I contacted. The estimate was on the dot. I am an hour and half away, so he accommodated me by meeting me on Easter Saturday in the middle of the day. He was very punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, honest and just a pleasure to work with. Bryan, he replaced both sink drains, checked his work as he did. I had not even got off my computer when he called and this was a later Friday. Very pleasant person.

Bryan's response time was incredible. Came to the house within an hour of my initial contact. Replaced the valve, stopped another leak that I didn't know I had and was out the door within 1/2 hour of his arrival. Super nice guy.
