The hot water heater hadn't "died". A valve had gone out. He was very honest....could have just installed a new heater and we wouldn't have known the difference. He saved us about $700.

Keep us informed, Clean up all debris and hauled away old was tank. price was lower then 2nd plumber, allow to pay half cc/half cash...I will definitly call if I should ever need a plumber.

Didn't come out for quote. Wife took a picture and they based quote on it. They didn't come out on time. Didn't bring enough pipe to do the work and had to go back and get more supplies. Was not very familiar with product we installed.

R&R repaired this leak on Saturday morning for their standard hourly rate. They arrived about the appointed time, and repaired the leak in much less time than they had estimated, so our bill was far below their original estimate. Their work was very professional, and they compacted the earth as they backfilled the ditch. I would recommend R&R Plumbing to anyone, and plan to use them for any required work in the future.

Initial contact was fast and amiable. Tech was knowledgeable and gave me several options. We scheduled the service for the next day. The plumber and assistant were 30 minutes late, but I had already drained and disconnected the water heater and turned the water off so it wasn't going to take that long. The two guys were very nice and did a great job. My only complaint was that they charged me for 2.5 hours of service when they were only there 80 minutes. I shouldn't have to pay for their 45 minute trip to Lowes to get 3 inches of vent material. Also the parts were over $100 and it was not itemized. The estimate quoted me $50 for parts

I do mostly new construction. They are flexible, will work in the time frame. They will fix any issues.
