R&R Roof Repair and Restoration

The company does not return calls. They did an incomplete job. There was an item missing from my backyard after they completed the job. There was wood left on painted. Rotted cedar was replaced with pine. I requested a receipt showing the scope of the work and showing the job was paid in full. I have not received it. The five year warranty on the labor has not been honored. I requested the type and color of paint use so that I could paint the parts they missed on my own. They have not provided that.

Mike is super responsive, transparent, and truly cares. Quick response to come out and give estimate and start the job.

The employee was professional, he arrived within a couple hours of my initial call, finished the job on time, and was respectful of my time. I definitely would recommend R&R Roof.

my only complaint is it seemed very expensive 850.00 for 5 hours worth of work. But it was a high metal roof so I don't really know and I did not price shop.

This is the 2nd time I have hired them. Very nice guys. Fixed what needed to be done. Cleaned area and went above and beyond. Gave a cheaper price for repeated customers. Called me before they showed up. And honored there warranty. Will be hiring them again in future.

The team really worked with our insurance agency. They were on time for every appointment, prompt, & cleaned up the work site to the point you couldn't tell they were even there. These guys did extra work for us and didn't delay the project like some others will do. I am very impressed with their work. Even the neighbors want new roofs that just had their roofs replaced. If I had another house that needed a roof, I'd hire them again.

The roof went on quickly and looks beautiful. The did not do some on the work they promised and no showed on an extra project that I hired them for

R&R were prompt, and did an excellent job! I have solar panels and I was concerned that they would make the roof repair more complicated and more expensive, but it was finished in one day, and cost much less than I expected. I will certainly call them again if I need any roof repaired!

I absolutely agree with Mark W. R&R gave me the same upgrades, for lots, lots less than other company estimates. My roof looks fabulous and the work they did and the excellent customer service from Mark and Richard was outstanding. This company is worth hiring and I will recommend them to anyone that asks about my new roof.

The guys at R&R did fantastic work. Mike and Tim were able to give us a solid quote upfront for our fascia rot repair, and then went out of their way to teach us WHY we were seeing the rot, and what we could do to prevent it going forward. We were so pleased with the repair work, we decided to also have them install drip edges to help stave off any future rot. The guys were professional, worked hard during a time that worked for our family, and even braved a hidden wasps' nest to get the job done. We would absolutely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a great team to do great roof work in this Texas summer heat.

R&R did a great job on remove & replace our asphalt shingle roof. Mike & Tim offered fantastic customer service and were on top of everything. They gave me a fair price and included lots of extras (remove old turbine ventilators and install ridge vents, replace all roof caps and flashings, etc.) that other companies were charging extra for. I even got a great deal on an upgrade to the architectural (dimensional) style shingles over the "standard" 3-tab shingles. The roofing crew was fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, and left the yard without a trace of the activity. The finished roof looks just awesome! I rated them 5 stars in all categories. I'd recommend R&R for your roofing project! This was my first experience using Home Advisor and I was a bit skeptical, but it worked out very well.
