Exceptional Last-Minute Service and Outstanding Deep Cleaning! After another cleaning company canceled on me just 30 minutes before the appointment, I urgently contacted RRS Cleaning Services at 11:00 AM. They responded immediately and were able to schedule a same-day cleaning — a lifesaver! From the start, communication was smooth and efficient. I stayed in contact with their customer service via text until the crew arrived, right on time. They came fully equipped with well-organized supplies, including brand-new microfiber mops, and got to work immediately. The apartment needed a serious deep clean — kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom — and they delivered above and beyond. The team worked non-stop for five hours without taking any breaks or personal calls. Their dedication and professionalism were outstanding. They cleaned everything thoroughly: blinds, inside all cabinets, and I especially appreciated the meticulous work on the fridge and freezer. By the time they were done, the apartment was spotless. I was extremely impressed by both the quality of the service and the cleanliness of the apartment afterwards. Roy and his associate (sorry I didn’t catch her name) did a masterful job deep cleaning my townhome. They arrived on time and fully equipped to handle the job. It was apparent upon inspection that they cleaned high and low, behind and under things. They moved my furniture (queen-sized leather sofa bed) and cleaned behind and under it. They swept , mopped and dried my tile floors throughout and vacuumed my rugs. The refrigerator, stove.and microwave sparkled inside and out. All furniture was dusted. Bathrooms were scrubbed top to bottom and fixtures disinfected. All granite countertops gleamed. These two individuals did a stellar job and the fee for what they did was more than reasonable. I will be happy to have them back again.
