Oscar and his team are AMAZING! Easy to communicate with via both phone and text. Came out for a free estimate, showed up promptly when scheduled for the actual job, and did a great, clean, quick job. We ended up hiring them for more than just our kitchen backsplash repair -- we also had them pressure wash our exterior floors as well as paint some of our interiors. Great job with everything!

Oscar and his painters do excellent work. They are so clean and always on time if not early. The crew is polite and respectful and work so hard. I highly recommend Oscar and his crew to paint anything in your home. My husband don't have enough words to express how happy we were with the job they completed. We are now ready to enjoy our new home. I will be hiring them again for future projects!

Oscar did a great job!

Oscar came out to give me a quote for multiple jobs - many of his quotes were very high compared to other quotes so I decided to only hire him for one of the jobs that I needed done (repair of siding). After I decided to hire him, I emailed him to tell him that and to tell him that we had repaired some of the siding already so could we get an updated quote. It was VERY hard to get ahold of him - I had to email him multiple times and then text and call him multiple times before I heard back. When I did hear back, he told me they could start the next day (not much advance notice there); however, he wouldn't update the quote, but said he could do it on site in the morning. Ok, fine. So they came over - and we updated the quote to add something in that I thought was in the original quote (but wasn't). The guys he had come do the work were GREAT - they did a great job on the work and even took pictures to show me that had done it properly (I wasn't there the whole time). The were a pleasure to have around. When we realized we needed more materials for part of the house, I texted Oscar and we worked out a price for additional materials and labor. However, the problem came when they were done - I told Oscar I needed to check the work (we don't live in the house yet). Turns out that they didn't complete 2 windows of the 4 that needed trim - which was part of the original quote. When I told Oscar and said that I expected we would remove them from the price, he told me no and that we had agreed on the price before they started work. To which I said - yes, we did, but the work wasn't completed for the original quote. He finally agreed but sent me a text message saying he wouldn't ever do any more work for me. That was both unnecessary and unprofessional - I don't want someone working for me who doesn't complete the job and then tells me I have to pay for it anyway. It's a shame because Jose and Alejandro (the guys who did the job) were wonderful! I'd have them around anytime, but not if they still work for Oscar.

Oscar provided friendly and efficient service when he repaired my window leak. His efforts and explanations were very much appreciated. Oscar took the time to photograph the problem areas he found upon inspection and then he took more time to explain each photo and what he felt needed to be addressed. Equally impressive was that Oscar gave me options and he was very considerate and professional when he recommended only the repairs that he felt was most necessary at the time. While there was a more costly and time consuming repair that he could have recommended, he let me know that a simpler repair and approach would most likely take care of the leak and only if the leak persisted would he then recommend the other option. Oscar repaired the problem areas and then he took more photos afterwards to show me the exact locations he repaired, since these were located too high up for me to readily see myself. Later that same day, it rained heavily and my window was absolutely leak-free. Oscar checked in with me the following day to see if all was good and I was able to let him know that his repairs were not only timely, but highly effective. Oscar provided a much needed service at a very reasonable price. And, he even showed me the actual product he used for the repairs. I would definitely recommend and call upon Oscar and R & R Services any time that any handyman repairs are needed. Thank you very much for your great work.

Oscar and his crew did an amazing job on our floors and were able to start the same day I called. He did so well we hired him to complete the exterior work on the renovation as well and that was done just a fast and as perfect. Recommended to all our friends.

Oscar arrived on time. He was polite, pleasant, respectful and ready to work. He installed lattice to my pergola. His carpentry skills were spot on because it was not an easy install given all of the existing stone. I was pleasantly surprised, I highly recommend Oscar. He was neat,cleaned up when he was done, and swept the entire area. He's the kind of handyman one would want to keep.

I found this company through this website. He was more expensive than others but I went with the good reviews. I made an appt a week out and had to take a 1/2 day off work to be home for the door install and the guy texts me to cancel within an hour of the appt. couldn't even call me to explain! So I'm out half day of work and still have to find another contractor.

They called me almost immediately after requesting a company from Home Advisor. We set up a time for consultation and then to do the work. They were here on time and worked for the price agreed to.

Oscar and his crew took an existing room and turned it into two rooms, one of which was enclosed with french doors. They did the job exactly like I envisioned it and did it fast. I was so pleased with the quality of work. I will use Oscar for any renovations I have in the future. As a bonus, he and his crew are super nice too!

Appreciate the promptness and on-time nature of the owner and crew. The work was completed as promised and looks great. My opinion of the price of the job is that it's a bit high, considering it took less than 7 hours, but my wife disagrees. I would consider R&R again though.
