It was a rough go at the beginning of the job. The painter was spraying the semi-transparent color on and not back-brushing it.. - as I requested during the bid conversation. The stain was running down the wood--not good. The painter and I had words about it...kind of arguing with me about how I should have used a **solid color** and not a semi-transparent, etc. The wood was very dry and he ended up having to stain the fence twice. He back-brushed on the 2nd coat. Staining it twice cost me double the price of the stain. OUCH! I never dealt with the owner however I had a hard time getting the contract guy to return my calls when situations arose. In the end, the job turned out beautiful. Victor did a great job!

They do not communicate until forced to. They take longer than the job should take. They say they will show up on a certain date ,and do not show up until 2 weeks later. They make promises they do not keep . They do not keep you apprised on where you are financially with the contract--I still do not have a statement . I was again promised a statement this morning and still do not have it. I would like to get this completed.-- I am spending the summer locked inside because they are slowly working on the outside of my house. and lastly, I want the trash removed. They treat me like an old lady and try sweet talking me to get by whenever they show up.

I contacted Carlos because I wanted to stain my deck and clean the exterior of my house. What I liked about working with Carlos is he really took his time to explain the work that needed to be done. Also he showed me other minor issues on my exterior siding which he recommended I fixed so the paint job would come out best. Carlos always check up on the job and made sure any questions I had were answered. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone. Great team and great company.

Carlos Tios owner of R&R Siding Experts contracted to paint the exterior of my house in Issaquah Highlands early Sep 2019. Carlos is business owner who is pleasant, gracious, forthcoming and knowledgeable. He puts his customer first saying, â if you are happy, then I am happy.â His crew provides a product both Carlos and his customer can take pride in. R&R Siding painters KNOW HOW TO PAINT. My painter took pride in his craft: he respected the paint and the process. Sherwin-Williams products are preferred by R&R Siding. R and R Siding Experts, LLC were extremely affordable and the result was exceptional. What did his painters do well? 1. PREP: Windows were masked and draped. All surfaces exposed to overspray were taped and masked. Concrete surfaces were protected with drop cloths. Painted surfaces were cleaned with water spray and where needed washed by hand. Surfaces to be painted were inspected for caulk replacement, and sanded/scraped where needed. Plants and landscaping were not trampled with foot traffic or equipment. 2. PAINTING: Vertical body surfaces were sprayed (medium to low spray velocities minimized overspray and directed a good volume of paint onto the surface), then rolled, then sprayed and rolled. This was not a splash and dash process. Trim was rolled, and then rolled again. After the paint dried, all surfaces were inspected and touched up as needed. The homeowner was notified if unanticipated structural issues were found. Call backs were welcome, and response was rapid. Painting was performed (weather permitting) very quickly. 3. CLEANUP: At the end of the workday, all materials were removed and neatly stored where necessary. All paper, containers, plastic and â trashâ was removed. It looked as if the house painted itself. 4. HOMEOWNER RESPECT: No boom boxes playing. No smoking. No parking of vehicles on the driveway. And no oil stains on street parking areas. Respect for the property of adjoining neighbors. Would I hire R&R Siding Experts to paint my home again? Absolutely, yes. Would I hire them for interior painting, siding replacement and other general contracting services they provide? Absolutely, yes. They know their craft and want the homeowner to be both pleased and satisfied with the job.
