If you knew me, I have NEVER have given a contractor 5 stars but RR Tree Company deserves it. Richard is the best professional leader and his guys work hard. They pay attention to the smallest detail, safety and I havent had a contractor clean up before this where I didnt have to clean up again. They are going to be on our annual tree maintenance and removal! I unfortunately have a forest that needs taming but now I got a service I can trust and wont take advantage of a senior woman. I highly recommend RR Tree Company!!!

This guy was great! Very profes and a cottonwood tree. I was a little apprehensive about hiring someone to trim my trees. The last time I had my trees trimmed was about 4 years ago and really got a butcher job. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with Richard's advice and workmanship. He was very careful to not damage my landscaping and the cleanup was very thorough. My trees look wonderful! I highly recommend RR Tree Comssional and knowledgeable from the quote right through to the completion of the job. He trimmed several trees and removed two 30-35 foot sprucepany!

Richard is a jerk! He did decent work, then tried to ask me to do the rest of the cleanup after he cut down the trees. Since his estimate clearly included both cutting and cleanup, I said no. He seemed irritated that I wanted him to do the job he was paid for. Then he constantly bad-mouthed other companies, such as Splintered Forrest. No class! Finally, he had verbally guaranteed his work. He then was bugging me to leave him a good review, and I told him I would once my insurance company verified that he cut down all the trees that were marked. He threw a fit and said he wouldn't work with me any more because he never said that. He then said he'd contact the inspection company (Splintered Forrest) that he had bad-mouthed before, and "tell them what I was up to". What does that even mean? Wished I had gone with another contractor and definitely will in the future.

The following is my final communication with Richard and a fair summary of my experience with him. I am beyond frustrated with you. I'm not going to argue with you about contract fulfillment. Removal is clearly stated, and has not been completed. The area behind the fence, extending to the other side of drainage is our property, and not for you to determine if "anyone would notice it". Furthermore, you stated you would be back to pick up rounds no later than Tues 5/9. You then sent me a message stating that you had started another job, basically inferring that it was more important than completing your duties with ours, for which you had been fully compensated. In the meantime, you left rounds on our neighbors property causing a rift. My wife had to try to make amends with them, helping move the wood while keeping our one year old in check. When you did arrive, ten days later, you remained unapologetic, stating that "The wood was not going anywhere", which was exactly the problem. Considering your attitude towards our concerns to date, we expect nothing more from you and deny any further action on your part.

"Thank you Chris, I am very sorry you are not content with the work that I had provided. This is one of the most dangerous professions on the planet, and I am working alone most of the time. I do appreciate the feedback as I am very upset with myself that I could not provide the kind of quality you were looking for. 99% of the work HAD been completed, removal of some very dead, very technical trees, that could have hit power lines, structures, and PVC sewer line pipes, were dismantled and hauled off, while not , damaging any of your property, or any of your neighbors property, thus I believe that this review is a bit unfair.. I will take into consideration your concerns and make sure that these circumstances never take place again."

Richard was very prompt in responding to the service request. He was able to schedule a time to trim my large maple tree in a very timely way. He was prompt in showing up at the appointed time, did good work, and completed the job in one day. He cleaned up my lawn very nicely, saved usable wood that was trimmed, and hauled away the other trimmings. The tree is so large that it could probably have benefited from being trimmed from a bucket, which he does not have available at this time. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the work.

"I'm working on being able to provide my clients with the very best equipment and service that I can possibly supply. I felt that the tree would benefit more from being hand climbed as opposed to using a bucket truck. There are times where trying to maneuver a bucket can do more damage to the tree than good.
