Robert called me immediately told me he was going to be at my house the following Monday and he was there on time. He looked at what had to be done and came the following day on time to do the work. The work was expertly done. He was Great. I wish there were more professionals like Robert. My hats off to him!!

Robert did a great job with the flooring install, he and his partner completed the job as promised and thoroughly cleaned up the room before leaving. They were courteous and neat. The bedroom looks great! I would recommend them to a friend and would use them in the future if needed.

Robert was very flexible, he didn't complain when we rescheduled (twice!). His price was fair (right in line with the last carpet company we worked with) and his workers were very friendly. I noticed that they had removed their shoes, which is pretty rare among workmen. Nice job, I'd recommend Robert. I'm planning on having him back for more work again. I've been happy with Servicemagic all around, I seem to get the smaller contractors who are trying to build their reputation and like Robert, seem to really want my business.

Not only was he very professional but when I went to the warehouse the young lady that took care of me was also polite patient and courteous. My carpet was installed on 5/30/2007. The builders of my home were very impressesd as well as pleased with the professionalism of R & R flooring. The job was completed in a timely manner. They definetly are about their business. I will also refer R & R flooring to anyone who is shopping for quality workmanship for carpeting.
