Ron and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up immediately after I accepted his bid. If I had questions about the manner or design, they took the time to here me, and responded to my concern. I am very happy with their work and how my project though not large turned out. Thank you RSB.

Kitchen - Remodel
I felt like he did not know what he was doing, my window is not right, and my electricity got knocked out. And now he has walked off the project. He seems very unprofessional, hand written contracts.
Response from RSB Construction
"I want to apologize that we could not see eye to eye, its an insurance risk FOR you TO stay or be on job site while in production. if you got hurt it would fall back on the company. HOME ADVISOR TOLD U THE SAME THING. I HAVE MESSAGE YOU AND TRIED TO COME TO A SOLUTION BUT YOU WILL NOT ANSWER OR REPLY. ON TOP MONEY ISSUES. YOU BREACH CONTRACT FEW X. Fairel McFadden 13 reviews and 74 photos 3 days ago First off Mr Ronnie Bick RSB Construction is using a picture of our staircase on his website here as an advertisement without our knowledge and actually had nothing to do with working on the staircase which leads me to believe all other pictures/reviews may not be a true representation of his actual work plus the actual real pictures that I am posting of his workmanship and was paid as a professional contractor to do for us or so we thought based off pictures and his website. We contracted him to paint deck, fix steps and top of gazebo coupalo, replace bad beams along with finishing basement paint, drywall, install canned lights. He first insisted on being paid $500 cash plus we gave him a check for additional $2000.00 before he started which he took immediately to bank to cash. We missed the call from our bank to verify we wrote the check and was suspicious of amount, so he could mt cash it at that time said it caused his account to have overdraft fees. We cleared with our bank, and then he was able to cash it. Should have been our first clue not working with a legit professional. This did not include materials as we gave Home Depot our card number to pay for materials he said he needed and would pick up. He had His dad and 1 other guy do deck work/ replace beams while Mr Bick was supposedly doing inside basement remodeling. My Fiancée and I were fixing up his house to sell and downsize to a more manageable place as he is disabled with Parkinson and just having had a cornea transplant with visual challenges. I work a lot of hrs and was not able to be there all the time. My fiancée continued to pay him in $2000.00 increments as Mr Bick demanded a continuous flow of cash even before the job was done. When I was working I got a call from my fiancée saying Mr Bick said he was going to finish up that night even if he had to stay all night because he needed his money. I told him to wait until the next day, so we could make sure all the work had been done as contracted. Mr Bick then started to threaten my fiancée with putting a lein on the house if he did not get his money to him right then. Against my advice and my fiancées better judgement he caved in and payed him last $2000.00 When I arrived to the house the next day these are the pictures I took. Also, the basement ceiling had not been dry walled caulked or painted. Job was not done, but we now have $9500 of cashed checks plus cash payments. After seeing how bad the work was done we had to have another contractor come in and finish the basement and repaint deck. Mr Bick put a false lein on house we are now going to take him to court with pictures contract and all cancelled check payments with him to return the money paid but not completed on contract and report his business to attorney generals office. Please validate any work or references. I would never want anyone to go through this. I can not believe these are authentic pictures or reviews after seeing his threatening behavior and kind of workmanship as shown in these pictures.
Response from RSB Construction
"This is a 100% FALSE REVIEW ! Mr. Pruitt requested work to be done July 2019 with a contract signed with RSB Construction. Once the job was done August 2019. Mr.Pruitt and I walked through his home to inspect the job he requested to be done, he was very pleased and shook my hand, thanked me and handed me a check of his last payment. As I proceeded to the bank to cash the check Mr. Pruitt was 5,000.00 short of what was agreed upon. I then tried contacting Mr. Pruitt and I received his voicemail, so I then went by his home and he was not there so I left a note for him to contact my business or I would unfortunately have to place a lein on his home until I received payment in full. I waited a month and after receiving no response I tried reaching out to Mr.Pruitt again and I still received no response, so I left a voicemail informing him of the lein I would have to place on his home if I did not receive the payment in full. After two months passing by and still receiving no response from Mr. Pruitt I had no choice but to proceed to the County Courthouse to file the lein, As I was on my way to the courthouse September 22nd 2019 I proceeded to try and reach out to Mr. Pruitt one last time before filing a Lein on Mr. Pruitts home and I received his voicemail informing Mr.Priutt that I was on my way to the County Courthouse to file the Lein and that if he would pay me in full I would not proceed with filing the lein. After still receiving no response from Mr. Pruitt I filed the lein on his home, and after it was filed I sent him a photo text message that the Lein has been filed and that if he would pay me in full as we both agreed with signed contracts I would go back into the courthouse and drop the lein, still no response. As of mid February 2020 (6 months later) Mr. Pruitt contacted me informing me that he has put the home my company worked on the market to sell and is unable to do so due to the lein RSB Construction had put on his home due to not paying in full. So instead of paying the amount he agreed on Mr. Pruitt proceeded with a court date. Mr. Pruitt and RSB Construction proceeded with the court date beginning of March 2020. Mr Pruitt lost his case so obviously all his claims are false and fraudulent accusations. Very soon this review will be taken down because my business is counter suing for false claims business defamation."
