Did an ok job. Got what I wanted done

Had them come check out our breaker box for possible defect. They traced all the wiring and found the fault was with the appliance, not the electrical service.

Work was done in a timely matter. Offered great suggestions for my future projects. Great personality!

Rami spent as much time as necessary diagnosing the problem, then brought another RS employee to help him fix it. They both worked hard replacing outdoor wiring and making sure everything was functional and the entire area was clean. The price was reasonable, and he explained everything that needed to be done.

Professional, courteous and friendly in demeanor. Rami did an extensive search to determine what the problem was as it was not readily apparent. Work was excellent and I would call on him again if other electrical services are needed. Rate for service was very reasonable as well.

Rami is very responsive and customer friendly. RS Electric is very professional and timely in their work. They are friendly and explained everything very thoroughly all the way through the process of upgrading my service from 100 amps to 200 amps. Rami was on the phone to the City Inspector prior to his completion so we would be without our A/C on a hot day, for as short of a time as possible. Rami also was in contact with KCP&L workers to get them back out in a short time after the City Inspector finished. Great work ethic and conscientious of the customers needs at all times. Although I anticipated a phone call earlier in the day, I was pleasantly surprised that Rami in fact did call and was able to come out in the same day. He is very professional and did a great job and the fee was extremely reasonable. I plan on hiring him again in the near future.

The electrician did not come when he scheduled me. I called him and he said he just "forgot". Otherwise, his work when he finally came the next day, was very good.
