"We were asked to come to Chateauguay for an emergency no water I told her my guys were swamped and we would fit her in she said no one else even responded two men drove to her residence found the wire shorted underground ran temp wire returned back 4.9 hours total (2 men) 60/hr left with temp power water was working returned dug trench by hand, 1 man 8 hours @60/hr ran new wire tested material 367.98 + 25.09 for temp we did not charge overtime emergency rates as we could have and we added a -244.01 discount because we felt sorry for her no thank you just complaints we do not apologize for what we charge 60/ hr."
