Consumers Beware- We hired R and S Flooring located at 8105 Moores Lane #500 in Brentwood, TN to install hardwood flooring in our master bedroom. The R and S job supervisors did not supervise our install. A worker sent to our home was a habitual felon and heroin addict and robbed our home of at least $70,000 of valuables. Our floor, as well as items in our home, were left damaged. An investigation determined our valuables were traded, pawned and sold to drug dealers.

I cannot say enough about our experience with R & S. We had them sand and restrain/finish our engineered hardwood floors. The first finisher looked and didn’t feel we had enough material to sand down without blowing through the top surface. So in comes Wade to save the day!! He was in and out in 3 days and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Every time we walk in to our home we look at our floors and smile. From Clayton our estimator, Erik our project manager and Wade our finisher/artist. Everyone was timely, professional, respectful of our home and absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend them to anyone for your flooring needs.

The company could not do the work I wanted but I would recommend them to anyone needing new floors. The estimator was on time and very honest about what could and could not be done to my floor.

These guys are the real deal. Fantastic workmanship, The Estimator Ray knew what he was talking about. (not just a salesman). The customer service was great. I highly recommend this company.

Transition work between wood floor and tile was poorly done.

R&S did an amazing job in sanding, staining and polyurethaning an original 60 yr old wood floor. The price was a good value, very little mess, on time and nice company to deal with from office, managers, work crew and sales.

They did a good job. I would use them again. My only compliant would be that they need to cleanup better and pay better attention to detail.

First we live in NC and had to travel to Nashville which they were aware of and my husband drove all night and the project manager changed the appt to the following day. Next the workers that were there did not understand English and covered the dryer vent hole which has not been cut out yet. I was billed for things that were not completed. When i brought it up to the project manager attention he said they would be out to do it but not for another week and a half after the job was supposed to be done. I was not happy with this work at all.

Responsive and interested in customers satisfaction.

Was expecting to pay more going in, and ready to, but, they recomnended a much more cost effective solution. And, it even looks much better than what we were initially thinking of doing. Their experience and integrity saved us a lot of unnecessary expense.

Excellent craftsmanship.

Overall I am very satisfied. I feel their putting down of the quarter round needs to be improved. There were issues that arose but they did take care of them.

R&S Flooring performed impressively in all aspects. It was a Fairy Tale experience; almost unbelievable. First, Bill and his associate helped find the flooring for my bedrooms that matched the rest of the house. The pricing for the flooring and installation was great. The Scheduling office worked with me to meet a month end deadline (elderly relative moving in). Next, the Installation Team lead by Neveh was a well oiled machine. They quickly move the furniture, removed the old carpet and installed the floors so quickly I could not believe it. They arrived at 8:00 and finished by 1:00 PM. The next pleasant surprise was the large heap of debris on my lawn was gone by 1:30. By 2:00 the trim painter was there. It was amazing how well this company managed this project. Amazing Floors. Amazing Service. Amazing Team Work.

Had an excellent experience with R&S. Cary's guidance through the entire process was super. I described our present flooring and when we went to look at samples, he already had them picked and waiting for our review. The color ended up matching our existing floor color nearly perfectly. He also informed us of the 12 month zero interest and handled that entire process. The crew was awesome. Installation was fast, efficient and thorough. Couldn't be happier with our floors. Had I known it would be this easy - it would have been done much sooner!

Everything was fine with the free estimate and ordering the wood flooring. But the installers spoke very little English, and didn't want to put in extra screws in the plywood to eliminate squeaks even though it was in the contract. One installer disappeared for 4 1/2 hours to go get nails. I called the project manager last week to tell him that the trash hadn't been picked up and that the installers had left all of the rags that were soaked in stain on top of the torn out floor. It is my understanding that oily rags can catch fire, so I was out in the pile of trash fishing out the rags among carpet and boards with nails poking out. I left my number for him to call me back. He didn't return my call. Today he called and asked if he could pick up a check from me. I explained that the trash hadn't been picked up, and I would get a check to them after it was picked up. He was "shocked" and said that one of the workers had quit, and there was a new guy on the job. He didn't mention that he received my message. Trash was picked up this afternoon. It left a large patch of dead grass due to it sitting for so long.
