Family-owned and operated since 2007, the goal of R&S is customer satisfaction, delivered with a sense of integrity, friendliness, and individual pride while meeting all of our customer’s needs. Richard Russo has more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC business and his staff are highly experienced, friendly, and customer oriented. R&S Heating and Sheet Metal Inc. is in the process of installing a Bryant central forced air heating unit as well as an AprilAire dehumidifier system under our home. Justin Russo came to our home and thoroughly explained how R&S Heating could meet our needs. My wife and I were impressed with his knowledge and genuine friendliness. Work began on Monday with three excellent workman; Juan, Dimas, and Augie. Our home was constructed in 1950 yet these men are meeting the challenges of an older home and have excelled. Installation will be completed tomorrow. I strongly recommend R & S Heating to anyone who wants an excellent job at a competitive price.

They just work. You call them, they respond and follow through. No drama, no silly phone trees, and prices are fair. They have installed and repaired mini splits and forced air systems at two different locations for us and I can't think of a single criticism.

Bob came out to today and fixed two of our problem heating systems in separate rentals plus figured out the layout of a new heating system in another. We so appreciate the timely talent and service. R&S is truly the best! I recently moved into a house to discover that the duct work of the HVAC system was thrashed. R&S came out and in a timely fashion they gave me an estimate, removed the old duct work and installed new duct work that was way more efficient and appropriate for the structure. In one afternoon between Isaiah, Dave and Dimas, with a few registers delivered by Rex, they had it all taken care of. They did it in a timely fashion and affordably as well. Everyone in the company from the office to the field, were friendly, capable, professional and well-versed. I love this family-owned and operated business, they are fantastic and highly recommended!!!

They were prompt on their arrival and did a thorough inspection, including the vents. They did find rodent activity in the ducts and they were not sealed properly. We were very happy we hired them because it was a health and safety issue that needed to be addressed. They were not hired for the cleaning/repair of the vents because the seller of the home had another company they wanted to hire and we said OK because they were paying for the repair.

R&S installed a new HVAC system in my rental house, Rich was very helpful explaining all the different types of systems helping us choose the system that was best for us, his crew was very polite and clean, they worked around our tenants schedule then Rich came back and spent time going over all the settings and making sure we were happy with our system. I would recommend R&S

It went great! Bobby (the tech) was very knowledgeable and performed the work efficiently. He showed up within the appointment window and was done in about an hour. We are happy with his cleanliness and professionalism. The new smart thermostat works great and he gave us a status on our duct system under the house. We will definitely hire R&S again!
